On your device by default

Everything you enter is stored on this device. Nothing is sent to us unless you sign in and turn on sync.

The Android app keeps it out of Google device backups, so it doesn't leave your phone that way either.

What we store, and why

• Quit date, slips and attempts

  Your streak and history.

• Cigarette / vape habits and prices

  Savings and avoided-use estimates.

• Cravings, triggers, check-ins, moods

  Craving support and your own insights.

• Lesson progress and badges

  Learning progress and milestones.

• Settings (currency, appearance)

  Showing the app the way you chose.

We treat nicotine-use history as sensitive health information.

If you turn on sync

You consent first. We store your email (for sign-in) and the data above in our database provider (Supabase), encrypted in transit. Row-level security means only your account can read your records. Mood check-ins stay on your device.

Subscriptions

In the iPhone and Android apps, Apple or Google Play processes payments and we receive only your subscription status. On the web, Stripe processes payments; we never see your card.

No tracking, no ads

We don't sell data, share it with advertisers, or track you across apps or websites. Optional anonymous analytics are off by default and never include health data.

Services we use

• Vercel hosts the app. Like any web host, it sees standard request data (IP address, device type) to deliver pages and keep them secure.
• Supabase stores synced data, only if you turn sync on.
• Apple, Google Play or Stripe handle payments, only if you subscribe.

No advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs are built in.

Your rights

See or export your data in Profile → Privacy → Export. Correct it in Profile. Delete it anytime (below). For anything else, contact us; depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local privacy law.

Delete anytime

Profile → Privacy deletes everything on this device. Profile → Account → Delete removes your account and all synced data, as does this page from any browser.

Retention

Synced data is kept until you delete it or your account. Mood check-ins keep only the latest 60, on your device.
